I am Jing-Jing Nickel. Pronounce it like there are nickels in your pocket making that jingling noise! :) I am so delighted to be a guest designing for Fancy Pants, whose innovative products have been staples in my scrap room for years! I have been scrapbooking since 1999. Back then it was the most perfect extension of my love for traveling and travel photography. Then with the birth of my first child, a new dimension of scrapbooking as well as a new realm of creative possibilities was born with her. Today and every day, I scrap my family, my trips, and my family on trips. No matter what my subjects are, I always stylize them with some humor :)
All the fun and cute animals in this Baby Mine collection reminded me of my Second Child's love for her animals and babies. I really adored that label die-cut paper and cut it up strategically to stretch its use in both layouts. Here I used two sides of the die-cut paper as borders. Fancy Pants' chipboard banner pieces are truly banners made easy!
The sweet and soft color palette is just right for my bunny photos and theme of the layout. I used up the rest of the die-cut paper on this layout :) I have come to expect awesome diecut shapes, and journaling spots from Fancy Pants with each of its collections, this was no exception and I just loved using these!
I layered several sheets of patterned paper using 3-d adhesives. The two labels are cut out patterned paper and sticker respectively.
The diecut animals from this Baby Mine collection are so adorable. These little fishes just look like they are searching for love...
Here I used the Filter Paper Embellishments and a big button to make a flower.
Thanks for stopping by the Fancy Pants blog today. Please stop by my blog and say hello. Thank you again Fancy Pants!
