Hi and happy Wednesday! I have some exciting news to share with you — and a video, too!

First off, the news: did you follow along with our posts at CHA and check up on our friends to see what they’ve been up to? If so, they you may have heard that  a new Hero Arts & Friends mini catalog debuted, with new stamps from BasicGrey and Studio Calico! Oh yeah! Check it out right HERE. These stamps have started shipping to your favorite local stores, so you should find them in stock soon!

Just in time for Valentine’s Day, we’re going to feature the BasicGrey True Love line on the blog all next week. Can’t wait.

Today I’m going to focus on Studio Calico — woo yah! There are three new lines that were released at CHA: Snippets, Sundrifter, and Here + There. Love. Them. All. Seriously. But I couldn’t wait to get my hands on THIS new Frame and Feathers set in the Sundrifter collection!

I had an idea in my head to ink the feathers with markers and just couldn’t wait to try it out. It came out just like I imagined it would — love it when that happens! Here’s a quick little video to show how it’s done.
