Green. It's such an easy color to like; we see it in nature, in Spring fashion, and in our papercrafting supplies! We love its many tones and shades like mint and emerald green (the Pantone color of the year). Here is how the Garden Girls infused this much-loved hue into their layouts:
Paige has gathered bits of green and built her page layer by layer, starting off with a mint cardstock base, tucking elements under her photos, adding finishing on top of her pictures and layout like a jeweled pin and dots of mist. We adore the rows of treasures and her custom chevron design.
Green is Jill's favorite color and we love that she was unfraid of swinging from blue-greens to yellow-greens on this page. She gives some helpful tips on using a color in a dominant way without it overwhelming your project here.
Kristina created a striking cover for a mini album by playing with paint. Watch this design come together from start to finish in her In the Mood to Scrap video tutorial here.
Experiment with this color for yourself with the help of our selection here. We can't wait to see what you come up with!
