WF14 - Embellish This
Sat. February 8 - Mon. February 17
I'm getting ready to get a new crafting desk, which will have lots of drawers for organizing my stuff. So I was sorting through my stash and I realized that I have a ton of embellishments that I never use. And thus this challenge was born.
You must create a new project that incorporates at least 4 different embellishments. Using four gems will not count. I was originally going to leave the term embellishment open to interpretation but after seeing some of the other challenges I was worried that there would be too much overlap if I did that. So, by embellishment I mean something added to the project that adds dimension.
What counts for this challenge:
Dimensional flowers (paper, silk, fabric, etc.)
Gems and Pearls
What does not count:
Glitter (loose, glue or stickles)
stamped images that are popped up with foam squares
If you are in doubt or what to add something not listed, ask on the discussion thread.
Each entry must have at least one image stamp (i.e. anything other than a sentiment).
The more the merrier.
Be sure to label your project WF14 - Embellish This.
When you post your project to the gallery, be sure to identify the embellishments you used.
Be sure to check the challenge box for this challenge when you post your project in the gallery so that it will automatically show up on this blog.
Be sure to post a link to your project on the discussion thread, and leave a comment to share something about your experience. This is also a good place to ask for help or for suggestions.
Here's a link to the discussion thread. http://www.twopeasinabucket.com/mb.asp?cmd=display&thread_id=3272548 (the link function is being twitchy)
When WF has ended, I will randomly choose a name out of the hat for a prize. If you have more than one entry, your name will go in for each separate entry as well.
