Hi I'm trying to print cut on the Cameo and I ruined several sheets. I know I saw a post on this recently, I thought I bookmarked it, but its not coming up. I print the image in my printer by adding 8 1/2 x 11 paper into the printer then removing and placing it on the mat. But i can;t get it to line up properly I return to the mat. Need guideance. I'm working with Peter Rabbit concerns from silhouette store. Getting ready for Easter. Thanks for any help. I read the instructions, but I got as far as registration lines and turned that on and thought I was ready to cut. But lines are all over the place.

Have you tried looking at some of the threads referenced here?

2 Peas Cameo Master Thread

I've seen a couple of excellent Print to Cut tips and videos there

Good luck.

Did you place your paper in the exact spot as pictured on your screen, is your paper moving on the mat, is your roller locked in place, is the machine on load mat and not media? These are the easy things off my head. You may also need to calibrate your printer if those items are in their proper place. I have heard that Silhouette is awesome about trouble shooting with you.

Thanks its was cutting before but now its not cutting at all after it detects the registration lines. I may have to call. I did look at one video and I read the manual. Thanks, I'll check the link given.

I did a search on the net and found Creations with Christina and she did a wonderful print to cut video, that explained what I did wrong. I made this so much harder than it had to be. All I forget to do was change my paper type to 8 1/2 x 11. Duh! I had it on 12 x 12. I'm off to correct! Thanks all. I think I'm going to really love this machine now. I was skeptical before, but I'm starting to learn some things and as my ds ( age 9) said to me this morning once I learn this I'll have it forever.

It cut and printed perfectly once I changed the paper size!
